Not your average night light, the Moon in My Room™ is the perfect gift for your favorite youngster. With its authentic representation of our Moon, this lunar phases light mounts flush on any vertical wall, bringing the Moon right inside your room!

As the sun goes down and darkness gathers the built in light sensor turns on the Moon in My Room’s illumination, providing a soft diffused glow very much like real moon light. Not too bright, this gentle illumination will lull even the most determined minds into the warm embrace of dream land. The built in automatic shut-off feature prolongs battery life.

Accessed by Remote Control, the Moon in My Room™ has two distinct operation modes. In the automatic phases mode, the Moon globe progresses through each of its 12 phases from New through Waxing, to Full, through Waning and back to New. In manual phases mode each click of the remote advances the phase of the Moon, thus allowing your budding astronomer to match the realistic Moon globe in their room to the one hanging in the outdoor skies.

Enhancing the educational experience, the included audio CD provides a fascinating 15 minute tour of our nearest celestial neighbor and its unique relationship with our Earth.
