Cradled in a full ring, die cast meridian, the Lawson’s 12 inch diameter globe features beautiful antique or blue colored oceans, raised relief surface features, and detailed cartography rendered in soft pastel colors with the antique ocean and vivid colors with the blue ocean, enabling the user to easily distinguish political boundaries.

Mounted atop a handsome oak toned columnar riser and polished metal base, the richly appointed globe mounts in an articulated gyro-meridian which swings and rotates to allow full access to any location or information on the globe. With the open yoke style mount, there is no horizon ring to obstruct your view of the globe. The calibrated meridian aids in finding desired latitude positions anywhere on the globe.
