The Ambassador is an exquisite piece of art! Featuring a 17” globe studded with 241 semi-precious gemstones, each colorfully representing an individual country. Each jewelry grade gemstone is hand fitted to mirror the stones making up the neighboring countries and continents.

The amber oceans on the Amberlite Ambassador are made from crushed Amber Quartz, Mother of Pearl, and Abalone shells. The blue oceans on the Bahama Blue Ambassador and the Marine Blue Ambassador are made from crushed and colored Mother of Pearl and Abalone shells. The black oceans on the Black Opalite Ambassador are made from crushed Black Jasper, Mother of Pearl, and Abalone shells. The blue oceans on the Caribbean Ambassador are made from crushed Blue Lapis, Mother of Pearl, and Abalone shells. The purple oceans on the Amethyst Ambassador are made from crushed Amethyst, Mother of Pearl, and Abalone shells. The white oceans on the Opal Ambassador are crafted from individually fitted Opal gemstones. The white oceans on the Diamond cut Mother of Pearl Ambassador are crafted from individually cut and fitted Mother of Pearl. Each piece is hand cut into a triangular diamond shape before being fitted to the adjacent stones.

The delicate latitude and longitude lines are Antique Silver, plated onto a durable brass ribbon core.

Designed for floor display, the graceful tripod stand positions the globe at a comfortable viewing height. Featuring ornate beads and graceful tapers, the legs display the artistry inherent in turnings created by master craftsmen. With the integrated horizon ring and beautiful yet functional mid-leg cross brace, the elegant silver floor stand provides a functionally stable yet visually perfect setting for the exquisite globe. Positioned in the center of the three lobed cross brace, rises a matching decorative compass. Ensuring the most trouble free viewing, the Ambassador features a full ring dual axis meridian. Made of durable metal alloys, the stand and meridian are plated in Antique Silver.
