Order Processing Time

• You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with your payment verification.
• Your order(s) will not be processed on weekends and nationally recognized holidays.
• While every effort is made to ship orders promptly, WorldGlobeU.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
• Non-stock items, including those shipped directly from the manufacturer, will normally ship within 2 to 5 business days after your order is processed.
• In the event your order requires multiple shipments, due to an out of stock condition on the part of WorldGlobeU.com, we will absorb any additional shipping costs incurred in filling your order.
• Deliveries will normally not be made on Saturday. No deliveries will be made on Sunday.
• For all orders with delivery outside the 48 contiguous States, please contact World Globe Universe for specific shipping rates and delivery times.

Shipping Methods

• UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Parcel Post, 2 to 7 business days in transit, plus 1 to 5 business days to process and fill your order.
• Economy Air delivery options, 3 business days in transit plus 1 to 5 business days to process and fill your order.
• Overnight Air delivery may be requested on an individual order basis. Please contact WorldGlobeU.com with your specific needs. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Exact delivery times orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations cannot be guaranteed.

Handling Fees

World Globe Universe does not assess or list separate handling fees on your order. Any costs which may be incurred for special packaging, expedited processing & shipping, etc., are included in the shipping price.

Price Matching

WorldGlobeU.com does not price match competitors. We focus our time and resources on delivering the greatest possible value at the most cost effective prices possible. For your convenience, our most current pricing is listed on our web site and is updated in real-time.

Bundle Specials

Bundle Specials are offered to WorldGlobeU.com customers as a way to purchase multiple items, bundled together, at very competitive prices. Bundle offers are valid only while supplies of all items within the bundle last.

Sales Tax

Under current law, sales tax collection is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. Therefore all orders shipped within Idaho will be charged applicable sales tax.

Product Inspection

WorldGlobeU.com, like most online retailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. WorldGlobeU.com typically does not conduct product inspections before shipping merchandise you have ordered. WorldGlobeU.com normally relies on the inspection process of the manufacturer/distributor to assure acceptable product quality.

The exception to our no inspection policy are the MOVA Globe products. Due to their sophisticated design, and susceptibility to damage from excessively rough handling during shipping, all MOVA Globes are inspected prior to shipping from our warehouse. This additional onsite inspection ensures your MOVA Globe is functioning properly before it is boxed for shipment.

Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy

Any merchandise purchased from WorldGlobeU.com, except as specifically excluded, may be returned within 60 days of the original invoice date for a 100% refund of the purchase price of the product. (See the terms of the WorldGlobeU.com Purchase Agreement for complete details.)

Order Problem Resolution

To ensure prompt resolution, you must inform WorldGlobeU.com of any order discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your order. A timely notification will allow us to investigate and resolve the situation appropriately.

Order Status

You agree to receive communications from us in electronic format. WorldGlobeU.com will keep you informed of your order status via a combination of e-mail and onsite tracking services.

Security

The security of your order is of utmost importance to us. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process your payment to ensure your information is handled with the most stringent level of security.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

As outlined in the Fair Credit Billing Act; We guarantee that every online credit card transaction you make on our site will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at WorldGlobeU.com. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 for fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own and from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order, provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call 1-888-657-4352 during WorldGlobeU.com's normal hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your order number available when you call.

We strongly discourage sending change order requests via e-mail. Due to the large volume of e-mail we receive each day, we cannot guarantee that an e-mailed change request will be identified and processed before your order is processed.

Cancel Orders

You may request that an order be cancelled, provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-888-657-4352 during WorldGlobeU.com's normal hours of operation to request an order cancellation. In the event your order payment has already been processed but not shipped, we will initiate an immediate credit for your payment. Under normal circumstances, you will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit card in approximately 1-2 business days.

If your order has already been shipped then the Product Return Procedure will apply.

We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email. Due to the large volume of e-mail we receive each day, we cannot guarantee that an e-mailed cancellation request will be identified and processed before your order is processed and shipped.

WorldGlobeU.com Purchase Agreement

By acquiring and accepting delivery of any product offered by Interface Network Inc. d.b.a. World Globe Universe ("WorldGlobeU.com"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and WorldGlobeU.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and WorldGlobeU.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from WorldGlobeU.com.

Purchase Agreement:

1. WORLDGLOBEU.COM 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

   WorldGlobeU.com offers our customers a 60-day satisfaction replacement or full refund guarantee on all purchases, subject to the following conditions:

   • You must inform WorldGlobeU.com of any order discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your order. A timely notification will allow us to investigate and resolve the situation appropriately.

   • You must inform WorldGlobeU.com of any product defects within 30 days of receiving your order.

   • If you wish to return a Bundle Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 60 days of purchase. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Individual components within a Bundle Special may be returned for repair/replacement only.

   • At the conclusion of the 60 day Satisfaction Guarantee, the repair/replacement of items must be pursued within the terms of the manufacturer’s Standard Warranty coverage.

   • Some items, as specifically identified on their individual product page, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This includes all products with a selling price of $1,500.00 or more.

   • Special order items and items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

   • WorldGlobeU.com will not refund to Customer the original shipping & handling charges, as identified on the original customer invoice. In the case of products processed with free shipping, the actual value of the shipping & handling charges will be deducted from the customer refund.

   • To take advantage of WorldGlobeU.com's satisfaction guarantee, the customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed below. Any breach of WorldGlobeU.com's Product Return Procedure will result in the forfeiture of WorldGlobeU.com's refund/replacement guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

   Product Return Procedure

   • To return a product in compliance with WorldGlobeU.com's 100% satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 60 days from date of purchase. Please call WorldGlobeU.com during normal business hours to acquire an RMA number. WorldGlobeU.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days, within which time return products must be received by WorldGlobeU.com. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

   • Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to WorldGlobeU.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, WorldGlobeU.com's Return Procedure will be breached and WorldGlobeU.com may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose necessary charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

   • In the event the return is due to a manufacturer's defect, World Globe Universe will cover the return shipping charges provided the item is returned (via our choice of carriers) in its original condition and packaging.

2. WARRANTIES

   WorldGlobeU.com is a retail distributor only. Products sold by WorldGlobeU.com are not manufactured by WorldGlobeU.com. The products may, however, be covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). WorldGlobeU.com assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty provided by the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only against the manufacturer of the products. WorldGlobeU.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. WorldGlobeU.com DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES WORLDGLOBEU.COM'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. WORLDGLOBEU.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. WORLDGLOBEU.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT WORLDGLOBEU.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   Payment Terms; Orders
   An order is not binding upon WorldGlobeU.com until it is accepted; WorldGlobeU.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with WorldGlobeU.com.

   Shipping Charges
   Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges as shown on the WorldGlobeU.com invoice, or the value of such charges for those items processed with free shipping.

   Title; Risk of Loss
   WorldGlobeU.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. WorldGlobeU.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but WorldGlobeU.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

   Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between WorldGlobeU.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. WorldGlobeU.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Idaho, Bonneville County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parties waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against WorldGlobeU.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

   Severability
   If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Idaho law.

   Waiver
   The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

   Entire Agreement
   These terms and conditions, together with WorldGlobeU.com's invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between WorldGlobeU.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between WorldGlobeU.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
