Globe Upgrade Policies by Manufacturer

Ordering a replacement ball or stand for a Replogle® globe.
Replogle wants to help you keep your globe as up-to-date and accurate as the day you bought it. As a current Replogle globe owner, you are eligible for a discount of 50% off the retail value of a new globe ball or ball and ring through Replogle’s Updatable Globe Program. (Those globes that are permanently attached to the ring, e.g. the Crystal Marquise and Lapis Jewel require replacement of both the ball and ring.) To take advantage of this program, available in the USA and Canada, make note of your globe model (5-digit number on carton) and the month and date of purchase and keep this information in a safe place. If a change occurs in the world, you can request an update by contacting World Globe Universe customer support.

Before you contact World Globe Universe, you’ll need the following information:

1. Confirm that your globe ball is a Replogle product by checking the crest located on the map in the Pacific Ocean above Hawaii. Then record all the information inside the crest.
   
2. Confirm that your globe is no more than 10 years old. For help dating your globe ball, go to the Dating your Globe page located within the Globe University of the WorldGlobeU.com site.
   
3. Note whether your globe is press craft (paper) or vinyl (plastic).
   
4. Measure the diameter of your globe. Using a measuring tape, record the inches around the circumference of the equator and divide that number by 3.1416 to get the globe diameter in inches.
   
5. Replogle currently offer replacements for several 9”, 12”, 16”, 20”, and 32” globe balls.
   
6. Take at least two photos – one of your globe ball and stand and another close-up of the South Pole.
   
7. E-mail your request and these photos to World Globe Universe customersupport@worldglobeu.com along with answers to all the questions above. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and physical address. World Globe Universe Customer Service will acknowledge your e-mail within 48 hours on business days.
   
   Individual parts, such as the stand, are available for Replogle products as well. Please be aware that all parts sales are final. Since parts cannot be returned, World Globe Universe encourages you to make sure the information you provide is complete and accurate. This will make it possible for World Globe Universe to ensure that Replogle provides and you receive the correct parts for your specific world globe.
   
   World Globe Universe will be happy to provide price quotes on replacement globe balls, and/or parts, but we must have all the above information in order to do so.

1. The diameter of your globe ball.
2. Is the globe illuminated (light inside of ball) or non-illuminated.
3. Please note any special features such as ocean color, raised relief, etc., that may apply to your globe ball.
4. Please e-mail at least two pictures of your globe. One showing the globe mounted in its stand and one showing a close up of the south pole of your globe.
5. Include any additional information which you feel may assist in identifying your globe.
